75KW Extraction fan unit failed due to bearing collapse, causing shaft & impeller damage.
The whole unit mounted on a skid base was collected early Saturday morning and fully repaired within 4-5 days.
Motor overhauled / impeller repaired / new shaft manufactured / laser aligned on the skid & impeller balanced.
Also on site fabrication work undertaken to repair damaged fan housing.
